I’ve been training with Andrew for almost 6 months now and after losing 40lbs, I feel much stronger, more flexible, and have much better endurance. Overall, I just feel better! Andrew really helped me lose unwanted weight, get me back into condition while also helping me deal with a lower back problem. He’s got great energy, makes each session interesting and fun.
