Andrew was there for me on the good days and the bad ones.

I met Andrew Dove two years ago during my first competition with the NLABBA. It was my first time on stage and so the entire experience was very overwhelming. Andrew was there to help all athletes and very professional. After my first competition, Andrew approached me about us teaming up in the future and said he saw potential in me. That trust Andrew had in me did amazing things for my confidence and I decided to do another competition the following year with Andrew as my coach.

He had an uncanny ability to know how my training was going and what I needed to do to be successful without seeing me in person.

That decision was a great decision on my part because Andrew and his Carbon Core team are second to none in the personal training industry. Andrew was there for me on the good days and the bad ones during my training and always had an educated answer to any of my diet or training questions. I’d like to really highlight that Andrew trained me while living 9 hours away. That can be a very difficult scenario but one I feel is a strength of Andrew and Carbon Core.

He had an uncanny ability to know how my training was going and what I needed to do to be successful without seeing me in person. That to me was the most impressive thing I’ve seen in the personal training industry thus far and really speaks volumes to Andrew’s knowledge, commitment to detail and his interpersonal skills.

I’d highly recommended Andrew and Carbon Core to anyone who is serious about getting in the best shape of their lives. I can attest that Andrew brought the best out of me and truly brought me into my second competition with a lot more confidence and in amazing conditioning that was second to none. Thanks Andrew and carbon core for everything you have done for me. You have truly made me a better person and a better competitor.
