Andrew started training at Personal Best/The Studio in 2013 and has been working as a personal trainer since 2010 with over 20 years in the fitness industry but his interest in health, fitness and bodybuilding reaches back to when he was just 14.

Andrew is very educated and knowledgable in all aspects of personal training and has experience ranging from training beginners embarking on their fitness journey to competing bodybuilders wanting to reach that next level. Andrew’s clients range from working mothers who are looking to stay healthy to bodybuilders and competitors looking to take to the stage.

Andrew prides himself on the relationships he builds with his clients and is always pushing them to achieve their goals and create new ones. “It’s not just a physical change I see my clients go through”, Andrew says. “Yes, they get stronger, drop inches, drop pounds, etc. but I see them transform in other ways too; they grow mentally, gain confidence and develop new lifestyle changes that follow them through all facets of their lives. THAT’S why I love this industry, seeing people grow and change in ways they never knew they would or could”.

Andrew’s personal accomplishments include consistently placing among the top at the provincial NLABBA bodybuilding competitions, including two 2nd places finishes and two 1st place finishes.

Hi, I’m Dylan Norman, a Personal Trainer at Carbon Core Fitness. I’m currently working towards my Bachelor of Kinesiology, and I’m a Certified Personal Trainer through CSEP with additional certification in Nutrition Coaching from NCI.

My own fitness journey began seven years ago. Growing up in Marystown, NL, I was a hockey player, but I also struggled with acid reflux, which led to an eating disorder. I was a small kid and lacked confidence in my body, but I decided to take control of my health by eating better and exercising consistently. That decision changed my life, and now, after two years of training others, I’m passionate about helping people on their own paths to fitness and self-confidence. Whether it’s building strength, improving nutrition, or just feeling better about yourself, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
