3 People per Class

This program differs from private and semi-private training in a number of ways. The inclusion of 3 people in each class makes for an energetic small group atmosphere, more similar to traditional group classes. These workouts are also high energy, circuit style training, which is less common in more private settings. Workouts will still focus on isolating particular muscle groups, but will do so in a more upbeat, cardio style environment. This program is not 100% focused on individual goals, but more so a balanced focus on the group as a whole. Over time, we’ll transition through a variety of exercises to avoid plateaus as your body gets stronger and more capable. This option is perfect for people who like a high energy, “bootcamp” style fitness program.
