My semi-private training sessions provide a great balance between private and group classes. Oftentimes I’ll see friends or family members choose this option because the workout partners create both accountability as well as additional energy during the sessions. During the workouts, we’ll focus on correct execution of movements to ensure your workouts are safe and that you’re isolating the proper muscle groups. Over time, we’ll transition through a variety of exercises to avoid plateaus as your body gets stronger and more capable. This option is perfect for people who like a private setting, but will also benefit from and enjoy the advantages of a fitness partner.
