Online training is one of my newer programs and has been a great success. I’ve found that many people are either living outside of St. John’s and still want access to a trainer, or they’re just looking for some guidance as they progress through workouts on their own. No matter the reason, online training is a great way to receive regular advice and encouragement that will help you maximize your efforts in the gym and stay on track between workouts.
